MARCO J SCALISE
My wife and I have lived in Colorado since 1993 and we are raising our six children in Loveland. We are active in their schools and in the community. I received my Bachelors of Science degree from Northern Arizona University in 1988 and my Law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1993. I have been practicing law in Loveland since 1994. After gaining experience by working for two law firms in Loveland for four years, I started Marco J. Scalise P.C. in 1998. Since the beginning, my practice has been limited to serving clients in the areas of family law and criminal law.

I have practiced law in Northern Colorado since 1994. My practice is limited to Divorce/Family Law and Criminal Law. I have handled hundreds of trial and hearings.

HOW MUCH IS MY RETAINER?
$5,000.00 for family law matters and my hourly rate is $310.00 per hour. However, I work with people regarding the retainer on a case by case basis.
DO YOU OFFER A FREE CONSULTATION?
I offer free consultations for criminal law only. However, for family law consultations you would only be billed for the time we spend discussing your matter.
WHAT IS MY AVAILABILITY FOR OFFICE APPOINTMENTS?
My office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you need times outside of normal office hours, we can discuss meeting at a time that better suits your particular circumstances.
